1.2343 Material Die Cast Metal Parts Precision Core Pins / Die Casting Tooling
For die casting mold parts, we use imported steel, such as 1.2343,1.2344, 8407, DAC,which has good yield and tensile properties, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The use of unique surface treatment technology provides a significant product life. We are using the world's high-end testing equipment to make sure the strict QC control.
Round shape core pin is die-casting parts,which is mostly used for threaded bottom holes and pin bottom holes.For the core pins, we use Japan imported materials and Japan imported heat treatment equipment.There are various customized sizes of the core pins. The width of shoulder, the diameter of the head, the size of positioning surface and the number of positioning surfaces all can be customized. Depending on the size of core pin,a single central cooling hole or stepped cooling hole can be customized.
