Offer special and custom mold core pins with high-strength and high-accuracy. Normally, core pins are hardened, tempered and grinded to tolerance m6, peak and chamfer turned.
Offer special and custom nitrided ejector pins & core pins. Internal hardness: 40-45 HRC and surface hardness 900HV above. Thickness of nitration case: 0.02-0.05mm. After surface treatment, the ejector pins and core pins will have an anti-wearing and corrosion-resistant surface with fairly high hardness. Meanwhile, its body has fairly low hardness and high tenacity, applicable with molds operating under high temperature.
Offer high-speed steel ejector pins & core pins. The minimum diameter of pin to be machined to Φ0.4mm, with maximum precision up to 0.002mm. Further machining is allowed for working end. Due to its high hardness, high grinding resistance and high heat resistance, better for precision mold, capable of increasing the service life significantly, particularly being very effective in controlling the hot deformation for precision mold.

Custom Mold Core Pin is made from the finest grade of SKD-61 hotwork die steel. The heads are hot forged and stress relieved for uniform grain flow and high tensile strength.The surface could be ion nitride coated to a hardness of HV 1000°±100°. The core of vacuumed pin could be hardened to HRC 52°±2°. Of course,you could also select the other steels.Our coating is done in a proprietary process that produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life.
